  22. I would doubt that you'll get to "keep" 3.5.  If you were able to, that 
  23. would be no different than purchasing 4.0 for $150.  Generally, when you 
  24. buy a software upgrade, the extra $$ AND the old liscense agreement are 
  25. the payment.  My advise - don't count on it.
